Václav Bezouška changed his name to William and lived in New York as his WWI Draft Record and 1915 New York Census indicate.

Czech Records

1. Roman Catholic Church Book for Proseč in district of Chrudim had no Bezouška child birth record from 1873 to 1889.

2. Protestant Christian Church Book for Proseč in district of Chrudim had no Bezouška child birth record from 1885 - 1894

3. Roman Catholic Church Book for Proseč Nad Nisou had no Bezouška child birth record from 1887 to 1890.

Difficulty with finding Czech Records:  Unfortunately an exact location of birth must be known as search in Czech Church Books is only available by location.  In case of Proseč the issue arrises due to the many localities named as Proseč: Proseč city in District of Chrudim, Proseč Nad Nisou, Proseč u Skutče, Česká Proseč, Proseč pod Ještědem, Proseč pod Křemešníkem and more.  Same goes for Prague; unless it is known what part of Prague a person was born in, it is very difficult to do the search at this time.
